VISA or MASTERCARD credit card

We guarantee that every transaction made on www.sis-t.redsys.es is 100% secure. All operations involving the transmission of personal or bank data are carried out using a secure environment. www.sis-t.redsys.es uses a server based on standard security technology SSL (Secure Socked Layer). All the information you transmit to us travels encrypted through the network.

Likewise, the data on your credit card are not recorded in any database but go directly to the POS (Point of Sale Terminal of the Bank).

We also inform you that, in an effort to provide greater security to credit card owners, we have incorporated the secure payment system called SEC (Secure Electronic Commerce). In this way, if you are the holder of a "secured" card, you can always make payments with a VISA or MASTERCARD in our shop. When paying with a VISA or MASTERCARD you will always be asked for the following data: the card number, the expiry date, and a Validation Code which coincides with the last 3 digits of the number printed in italics on the back of your card, thus offering more guarantees about the security of the transaction.

What is Verified by Visa and Mastercard Secure Code?

SEC (Secure Electronic Commerce)

SEC is a system to secure Internet transactions promoted by Visa International and Mastercard, among others. The main purpose is to provide greater security to both Internet users and online sellers by authenticating the buyer as the legitimate holder of the card he/she is using.

In practice, when paying with a "secured" VISA or MASTERCARD, you will be asked, in addition to the number and expiry date, for a personal password for exclusive use for Internet purchases that unmistakably identifies you as the owner. In this way, nobody will be able to make a purchase on the Internet if they do not know this password. You will be able to distinguish if the Secure Electronic Commerce protocol is activated by the VISA and Mastercard logos: "Verified by VISA" and "Mastercard Secure Code".

If you have not yet received a personal password for exclusive use for Internet payments, we advise you to ask your financial institution to add your cards to the Secure Electronic Commerce service. To do so, you can contact your bank or, if you are an electronic banking customer, you can order it directly online.
